iPhone IMAP Instructions

To setup your Valice Basic or Business Email on your iPhone, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your name, full email address, password (click here to reset this), and a description for your account.
  4. Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup and then you’ll proceed to the manual setup.
  5. Choose the IMAP tab on the next screen (it should default to this).
  6. Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server which is specified below:
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.e.valice.com
    Outgoing Mail Server: mail.e.valice.com
  7. Tap Save to finish.

If you are unable to connect, the most likely cause is due to an incorrect password. You should verify that you have the correct password before you add the account by logging into https://mail.e.valice.com/
