Reset Email Password (Basic or Business Email)

Important Note: Remember that a change to an email password will require you to update the password stored in your mail connection settings on any mobile devices or email clients that you use to send or receive email.

Change Your Own Email Password in Webmail

Log into your webmail

  1. Click on “More” > “Settings”
  2. Click on My Settings > Account Settings
  3. At the top of the screen above you user information, click the white “Change Password” button
  4. The screen that loads should have 2 places to enter the password, “New Password” and “Confirm Password”
  5. You will need use a minimum of 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, at least one number, at least one special character
  6. Click on “Save” in the box when you are done.

Change Another User’s Email Password

Administrators can change any other user’s email password.

  1. Click on “More” > Domain Settings to bring up the list of Accounts
  2. Click on the user whose password you need to change
  3. Click on the three dots at the top of the screen and choose “Change Password”
  4. Enter the new password and click “Save”
