Prevent an Email Address From Going to Junk

If emails from a legitimate contact going into your Junk E-mail folder, follow the steps below to add the email as a Trusted Sender to bypass future spam checks.

Log into your webmail

  1. Navigate to your Junk E-mail folder
  2. Find a message from the sender and right click on it, then select Actions > Mark > Not Spam (this will move it to your Inbox and add the email address to your Trusted Senders)
  3. To accept messages from the entire domain, navigate to Settings > My Settings > Trusted Senders
  4. Click on “New”, add a domain or an email, one per line. Add what you want and click “Save”

Administrators can add Trusted Senders on behalf of all mailboxes on your email plan. Follow the steps below to add an email to the Trusted Senders for all your mailbox users:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Domain Settings > “Trusted Senders”
  2. Click on “New”, add a domain or an email, one per line. Add what you want and click “Save”
