Once your Valice Basic or Business email has been provisioned, you’ll need to create some DNS entries for the domain associated with the email to enable the new email addresses to send and receive email.
If your DNS is managed at Valice, follow these steps to access this area.
MX Record
Type: MX
Value: mx01.e.valice.com
SPF Record
This record is used by recipients to verify that the sending domain is authorized to send email and can help to prevent spoofing
Type: TXT
Value: v=spf1 include:spf.e.valice.com -all
This may need to be modified if you are using third-party email marketing services like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
