To manually renew a domain early to ensure registration, follow the steps below. You may also want to make sure your domain is set to auto-renew.

Manually Renew a Domain

Log in to my.valice.com and follow these steps:

1. Select “Domains” click on “Active” under “Status” for the domain you want
2.  Click on “Renew Your Domain. You can also click on “Renew” in the left hand menu under “Actions”
3.  Follow the prompts, when this is complete you will receive a receipt for the domain renewal

Enable/Disable Auto Renew

You can enable or disable Auto Renew from the domains list or detail page. Click the enable or disable Auto Renew on the Auto Renew page.
