Email Forwarding

Email Forwarding allows you to route emails to an email address to multiple mailboxes or email addresses outside of the domain

Forward your own Email Address

Log into your webmail

  1. Navigate to “Settings.” (the cogwheel)
  2. Click on “My Settings” > the “Account Settings” tab.
  3. Click on “Forwarding”, then enter the email address. like “info” without quotes. Then enter the full email address in the box.
  4. If you have more than one email address to forward email to just add a comma then a space after the last email address (comma separated).
  5. Select “Delete messages when forwarded”. If you don’t email can accumulate and require additional disk space.
  6. Click “Save”.

Forward another Email Address (Domain Administrators)

If your user/email address is setup as a domain administrator, you can change the forwarding for another user.

Log into your webmail

  1. Navigate to “Settings.” (the cogwheel)
  2. Click on “Domain Settings > Users”
  3. Place a checkmark for the user you want to edit, then click on “Edit”
  4. Click on the “Forwarding” tab and then enter the email address you want setup in the “Forwarding Address” box. 
  5. We recommend selecting “Delete messages when forwarded” because this will prevent the mailbox from consuming additional disk space. However, if you wish to keep these emails in the forwarding mailbox then do not select this option.
  6. Click “Save”
