We strongly recommend leaving auto-renew in place for the domains you want to keep active so that you don’t accidentally shut off your website by forgetting to renew manually.
But, if you’re done using a domain, you’ll want to disable auto renew. It’s easy; just follow theses steps:
- Log into your account at my.valice.com.
- In the top navigation, select Domains > My Domains
- Click on the domain for which you’d like to change auto-renew settings
- In the left sidebar, choose Auto Renew
- Click the big red “Disable Auto Renew” button, and you’re all set.
