Creating a Ticket

A support ticket enables you to request support or service from Valice.

Log in to my.valice.com and follow these steps:

  1. Click “Open Ticket” from the top navigation menu, or under the “Recent Support Tickets” block
  2. Select a department based on your issue or request
  3. Fill out the Subject
  4. Complete the remaining fields and add attachments which may be helpful (1MB upload size limit), then click “Submit”

Please limit your ticket to one issue or request at a time. You can always open multiple tickets!
