A support ticket enables you to request support or service from Valice.
Log in to my.valice.com and follow these steps:
- Click “Open Ticket” from the top navigation menu, or under the “Recent Support Tickets” block
- Select a department based on your issue or request
- Fill out the Subject
- Complete the remaining fields and add attachments which may be helpful (1MB upload size limit), then click “Submit”
Please limit your ticket to one issue or request at a time. You can always open multiple tickets!
