Add Plesk Control Panel Users

A Plesk user has access to various areas of Plesk including FTP, file manager, and databases. 

Add A User To A Subscription

From your Valice Account (my.valice.com), connect to your Plesk Control Panel

  1. Click the “Users” tab.
  2. Click  “Create User Account”
  3. Complete the required fields.
    1. You can determine which privileges you want the new user to have, these privileges can be managed in the “User Role” tab on the “User Accounts” tab.
  4. Provide the new user with his/her credentials and provide them with the Plesk control panel web address. This address can be found in the services detail page in my.valice.com. Contact support if you need assistance finding your Plesk control panel web address.
