AccelerateWP is a powerful set of tools that improves the performance of your WordPress website. Activating AdvancedWP only takes a few simple steps:
First, log into your Control Panel.
Expand the sidebar
Once you’re logged in, be sure to expand the right-hand sidebar by clicking on the icon here.
Go to AccelerateWP
Next, (you guessed it) select AccelerateWP.
It’ll take a few seconds to load the next screen.
Go to Accelerate WP settings
Click the settings gear wheel next to the site you want to accelerate.
If there’s a blue dot next to the gear wheel, AccelerateWP is already active.
Flip the switch
Click the grey switch to toggle Accelerate WP on. It’ll turn blue and give some scrolling bubbles.
This will take about a minute to complete.
Blue dot = victory!
Once you see that blue dot next the the gear wheel, that’s it! You’ve activated AccelerateWP and you’re ready to enhance your site’s performance.
What’s next?
Activating AccelerateWP has opened a suite of tools in your WordPress Dashboard. Log into your WordPress dashboard, and go to Settings > AccelerateWP to get started. You can turn on advanced caching, optimize images, connect a CDN, and more.
