VALICE, INC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

USER AGREEMENT
The following terms and conditions shall apply to any and all account registrations. Valice reserves the right to add, delete, suspend or modify the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, at any time and determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing and future customers.
1. Customer Accounts
1.1 Account Information. To order products and services from Valice you must create an Account. You represent and warrant to Valice that all information you provide when you create your Account is accurate, current and complete and that you will keep your Account information accurate, current and complete. If Valice has any reason to believe that your Account information is untrue or inaccurate, it reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or terminate your Account.
1.2 Authorized and Unauthorized Use of Account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, whether authorized by you or not. You may also assign additional authorized Users to your Account. Therefore, you must keep your Account information secure, including without limitation your username, password and payment method(s). Valice recommends that you change your password at least every (6) months. You must notify Valice immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. Valice will not be responsible for any loss you incur due to any unauthorized use of your Account including charges or service fees. You, however, may be liable for any loss that Valice or others incur caused by your Account, whether caused by you, or by an authorized User, or by an unauthorized person.
2. Code of Conduct
2.1 You will not collect any User Content or any non-public or personally identifiable information about another User or any other person or entity without their express written consent.
2.2 You agree to backup all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed. Valice does not warrant that it backs up any Account or User Content and you agree to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your User Content.
2.3 You will not use any Services provided by Valice (as determined by Valice in its sole discretion) for any purpose that:
- Is illegal, promotes or encourages illegal activity;
- Promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children;
- Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals or property;
- Interferes with the operation of this site or the Services found at this site.
